Pixelvide Design Solutions (the Company) retains the right to final decision on who to offer the internship to after the online test.

The Company retains the right to make or alter any decision regarding the process of internship at any time before, during or after the internship.

This internship may be terminated by the Company with or without cause, at any time. The Company is not liable for any consequences arising from the termination of this internship, including but not limited to lost income or career advancement opportunities.

The Company shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained by the Intern during the course of the internship, whether such incidents occur on Company premises, off-site, or during work-related activities. The Intern agrees to release the Company from any claims arising from accidents or damages sustained during the internship.

The Intern acknowledges that they are not an employee of the Company for the purposes of labor laws, workers’ compensation, or other employment-related benefits and protections. As such, the Intern is not entitled to claim benefits typically afforded to employees, including unemployment benefits upon the conclusion of the internship.

The Company retains the sole and absolute right to determine whether an Intern shall be offered a full-time employment position upon the conclusion of the internship period.

The decision to convert the internship to a full time position will be based on, but is not limited to, the Intern’s performance, behavior, availability of a suitable full-time position, and the strategic needs of the Company. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as a guarantee or promise of future employment beyond the internship period.

The Company reserves the right to make hiring decisions based on its business needs and does not assume any obligation to extend a full-time or part-time position to the Intern upon the completion of the internship.

If the participant faces any difficulty during the registration or payment process, the Company retains the discretion about if and when to resolve it. Once the payment is made, it is the discretion of the Company to decide whether or not to refund the money.
